This mural was done for a special girl who loves the ocean. It measures 12' wide by 8' high. When you see it in person its as if you are right there in the surf. The clouds give it a sense of depth.
This is a Trompe L'oeil mural, which translates to "deceive the eye", located at the Wine Tasting Room of Northport. The Niche measures appox. 2'x3' and was done directly on the wall in acrylics.
My customer wanted a Jungle Scene for her child's room that was not "cartoony" and more realistic. She requested this so the child could grow with the mural.
